- 4 5-ounce pieces of salmon fillet
- 1 T Thai red curry paste
- 1 T canola oil
- 1 t light brown sugar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat broiler. Place the salmon on a foil-lined broiler proof baking sheet.
- In a small brown, mix together the curry paste, oil, sugar, 1/2 t salt, 1/4 t pepper. Brush the salmon with the curry paste mixture.
- Broil until the salmon is opaque throughout, 5-7 minutes.
- I sometimes use this sauce on the salmon and then bake or air fry the salmon. The sauce is the most important part.
- Serve over rice.
