- One medium red onion
- Two colored peppers
- Two cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- One lb polish sausage (all beef if my preference)
- One box of spaghetti (angel hair is the best!)
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop onion and peppers to bite size pieces
- Mince two cloves of garlic
- Chop sausage into bit size pieces
- Boil large pot of salted water
- Cook pasta according to instructions on box
- Sauté peppers and onions in olive oil until soft
- Add garlic in the last two minutes of cooking
- Remove from pan and add sausage
- Saute sausage until browned
- Add back in pepper/onion mix and keep warm
- Add pepper/onion/sausage mixture to drained pasta.
- Add extra olive oil if pasta is too dry or sticking.
- Serve with generous amounts of parmesan cheese
